Kanye West Scribbling On Your ‘Red Octobers’ Can Be Very Profitable

Already one of the most sought after pairs in sneaker collecting, a rarer version of the ‘Red October’ Nike Air Yeezy 2 will soon hit the auction block.

This pair, a size 12 with a JSA certificate of authenticity, has been signed by Kanye West himself. No, not the phony pair Kanye legit checked back in May — the real deal. The signature appears along the midsole of the right shoe in silver marker, though Grey Flannel Auctions rates it just a 5-6 on a scale to 10. Also included is the original box and dust bag.

The auction will officially go live this Friday, November 21, with a starting bid of $2,500. Un-signed pairs are already fetching much more than that on the open market, so there’s no telling where bidding will end. What are your predictions?
